Xiaofeng Jiang 关于蒋晓峰

1980年出生于上海。在上海修完大学机械设计专业课程后，于2002年赴日攻读营销情报学，之后进入以工业设计闻名的日本国立千叶大学工学研究科专攻设计心理学，获工学硕士学位，并辅修完成了日本经济产业省「亚洲人才资金构想」国际亚洲设计学校课程。毕业后于2009年进入日本最大的印刷公司凸版印刷株式会社，从事媒体事业开发工作。

在日期间曾获得日本国土交通省主办的“中日友好摄影大赛”优秀作品奖、日本最权威摄影杂志《日本Camera》铜奖、“日本CAPA公司摄影大赛”优胜奖。2011年回沪后就职于4A广告公司担任营业部客户总监。

一个不喜欢用单反拍照，不喜欢拍人物，却总是喜欢拿着手机拍建筑或者风景照的摄影爱好者。曾经有人问过他：为什么不喜欢拿单反、为什么不喜欢拍人物？现在可能稍微能理解，他不喜欢被束缚，不喜欢被约束在条条框框里，喜欢个性和自在的摄影，是一个倡导自我个性的摄影爱好者。 Born in 1980, Shanghai. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Design, Jiang went to Japan to study Marketing in 2002. Later, he studied Design Psychology at Graduate School & Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University and received a Master Degree; at the same time, Jiang finished Asia . International Design School courses, under the Asian Talent & Capital Concept program initiated by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan.

After graduation, Jiang worked at Toppan Printing Co. Ltd., the largest printing house in Japan for media developing. Jiang is being awarded with numerous prizes: a prize of Excellent Works for Sino-Japanese Friendship Photography Competition organized by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism; a bronze award of Camera, Japan’s most prestigious photography magazine, a prize for excellence of CAPA Photography Competition. Now Jiang works as the account director, Sales department of an advertising firm when he got back to Shanghai, China in 2011.

I don’t like to use SLR camera; I don’t do portrait shooting; what I like is to take pictures of architectures and landscapes with my iPhone. People ask me why I don’t like SLR camera; why I don’t like taking portrait pictures. My answer is simple. I don’t want to be tied up with one single mode. I promote individuality and freedom.
